The Andaz Studio in the Andaz Hotel has a fun and different space to watch the Olympics in because of the creative nature of the room. It doesn’t have your usual corporate Liverpool Street style. As part of Private Dining London special packages they are able to provide TV screens or projectors for the clients to use during events. Originally a French Huguenot church, it has been utilized through the ages for many noteworthy events such as public readings by Charles Dickens and the meeting place for the 1888 Match girls strike. This Private Dining Room at Rotunda has a 42 inch TV screen which can broadcast any sports, including the Olympics and the use of this is included in the hire of the room.
With large windows overlooking Regent’s Canal, a modern interior and relaxed atmosphere, Rotunda’s Private Dining Room makes every event memorable. The rooms flexibility means it is more than just a dining room. They can host a wide range of events from meetings and presentations, to birthday parties and weddings. What about the set up? They can cater for up to 30 guests seated and 18 boardroom style. For standing events, the room comfortably holds 40 inside however with the use of their private covered terrace, this can be extended. The South Room can host up to 16 guests for a seated, private dinner where our in-house catering team will prepare a fantastic three course meal just for you and your guests as you watch all of the sporting action on our 55” TV screen. Similarly, they recently hosted ‘Tennis at the Terrace’ at Theatre Royal Drury Lane where they screened all Wimbledon games on the Taittinger Terrace which overlooks Covent Garden. They even had the terrace turfed for the occasion!
