In collaboration with scent brand Dyptique, the popular Café Royal serves elegant afternoon tea in their outstanding Oscar Wilde Lounge. Dine on their traditional sandwiches, scones and patisserie inspired by the flavours of Geranium Rose, Freesia, Choisya Orange Blossom and Baies Rose & Berries scents. Priced at £45.00 per person, a live piano plays and guests are surrounded by wild flowers and Dyptique scents in the room where Oscar Wilde fell in love with Lord Alfred Douglas. SWAN AT THE GLOBE 21 New Globe Walk, Bankside, London SE1 9DT

This Southbank riverside pub is a real hit with Londoners and tourists. This year, afternoon tea lovers can step into the world of a Midsummer Night’s Dream for £28.50 in their transformed Balcony Room event space now Titania’s Tea Garden with wisteria, ivy and florals framing the views over the Thames and St Paul’s Cathedral. The food will have a Midsummer Night’s Dream twist with sweets including Mulberry Scones alongside Elderflower and Violet Macaroons whilst they also do a Gentleman’s Afternoon Tea with Clue Cheese and Cider Scones for £32.50 per person!
